
Jeff is a licensed attorney with twenty-five plus years of experience practicing real estate law. Jeff is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He has worked on more than 200 real estate development projects - from 2 lot short plats to multi-use developments of more than 1,000 units (single-family, traditional condominium, airspace condominium, townhouse, mixed use, commercial projects, etc.).

Real Estate Development
Jeff has worked with numerous real estate developers/builders and property owners in the Puget Sound region. He has assisted developer clients develop in excess of two hundred real estate development projects ranging from two lot short plats to more than one thousand unit projects including, residential, commercial and mixed used projects. He advises on real estate development issues including plat map review, CC&R / Declaration preparation and review. He also does preparation and review of various documents for condominium developments such as Survey Map and Plans and Declarations. He has also formed and worked with numerous single-family Homeowner Associations (HOA) and Condominium Owners’ Associations (COA) concerning a wide range of issues including preparation, review and interpretation of CC&Rs and Declarations, CC&R amendments, budgets, resolutions, Rules and Regulations, building and use restrictions and various other HOA and COA documents and related issues. Jeff is current with and has done various projects under the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act.
Jeff has extensive experience in preparation of various land use related documents including easements, licenses, covenants, boundary line agreements, road maintenance agreements and other land use documents.
