Jeff deals with a wide range of real property law issues including acquiring, developing, managing, constructing, leasing and selling commercial and residential real estate. He works with real estate developers/builders and property owners. He has assisted developer clients develop in excess of fifty real estate development projects ranging from two lot short plats to more than two hundred lot projects. He also assists property owners with the full range of real estate and land use related issues. He has prepared and negotiated numerous purchase and sale agreements in both the commercial and residential context. He handles boundary line disputes including adverse possession. He has extensive experience in preparation of various land use related documents including easements, licenses, covenants, boundary line agreements, road maintenance agreements and other land use documents. He advises on real estate development issues including plat map review, CC&R preparation and preparation and review of other single-family real estate development/ subdivision documents. He also does preparation and review of various documents for condominium developments such as Survey Map and Plans and Declarations. He has also formed and worked with numerous single-family Homeowner Associations (HOA) and Condominium Owners’ Associations (COA) concerning a wide range of issues including preparation, review and interpretation of CC&Rs and Declarations, CC&R amendments, budgets, resolutions, Rules and Regulations, building and use restrictions and various other HOA and COA documents and related issues. Jeff is current with and has done various projects under the newly enacted Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act.
